Mobile shelters for the people of the Negev

Despite the ceasefire agreement, thank God, we see that the danger may still be looming, and we recognize that we cannot predict the future or guarantee that escalation will not recur. Therefore, we cannot let down our people in the Negev and ignore the dangerous conditions they live in during every escalation and attack—due to the lack of buildings, shelters, and protected spaces—simply waiting for the next escalation, the next battle, or the violation of agreements. Since the beginning of the recent war and the escalation with Iran, we have begun studying and planning a project to distribute portable shelters for the residents of the villages in the Negev. Now, after completing the area assessments and obtaining approvals, we are launching this campaign to protect our steadfast people in the south and to distribute as many portable shelters as possible. The campaign may also include towns and villages in the north and the Triangle area that suffer from a shortage of shelters.
